I noticed that it had beef and not pork and the wrong vegetables after my wife had been eating it. We received triple delight with brown sauce. This is an outrage. We have ordered triple delight before but order it with a pork substitute. We saved the food and also took pictures. Contact me immediately

We will bring back our food. My wife may get very sick. She cannot digest red meat. She has a very serious stomach disease. Your mistake may have caused us a lot of money. It is 6-1-2018. 11:18 pm. We have been calling since 10: 50 with no answer. You must respond. This is serious.

We ordered the triple crown, not spicy, at 10:22 pm on June 1 2018. Also steamed dumplings. The dumplings were dry and we did not receive the triple crown. It had beef in it. My wife cannot have red meat due to a serious health condition with her gallbladder and pancreas. I might have to take her to the emergency room. We ordered the triple crown because the description said that it contained chicken, shrimp, and pork. What we received had beef and different vegetables. Please contact me immediately. My family ordered general tso' chicken today. With fried rice and two cokes it was col and sweet called ,and said it was wrong lady said I have proper in it k. No you not order fried rice OK. Then we called to speak to manger no one there tell tomorrow we will be calling. Then we where told that we shorted a dollar .never got a respite. He me er came to fort to tell us before he left. ,And he said when I was being nice he was saying I came all the way out here for two pennies. Because well I'm glad I did not tip for port service we even apologized for are taking,and you would not replace.I will not order from here after the way my family bought food. For me today for $30.00 worth after I been sick and had surgery was really look forward to it it was sweet cold and not spice at all manger will be called Tomorrow or even food brought back so you can taste it's sweet. I full of disappoint sure not good sorry but was not good ,and I had medication to take when I eat yak.

You just lost multiple customers at Trugreen because the lady who answers the phone is RUDE and always blames the customer for HER mistakes. SHE got our order incorrect and when we called back she placed us on HOLD FOREVER then kept saying I gave her the wrong information even though she repeated it back to me & confirmed it. THEN after promised to bring back the correct thing IN ONE HOUR she calls back 40 min later and says its too cold to come back and she is just refunding. So we have an employee here she lied to one she lied about and she is SO RUDE EVERYTIME we call in an order the only saving grace is that the food is good or it was until today. I just spent 20.00 almost for the worst happy family I have ever eaten anywhere the food was cold & gravy had chucks like boogers and all that was in it was beef & 3 shrimp and old veggies. NEVER AGAIN you are fired!!!!!!
